Haize is an advanced senior midwife student, assistant midwife, master doula, and spiritual mentor. She supports families through the sacred journey of birth with a holistic, emotionally centered, and spiritually grounded approach. Deeply attuned to the Divine in each person, Haize weaves her creative and intuitive gifts to nurture and strengthen that inner knowing.
She believes pregnancy is not only a physical process, but a profoundly emotional, mental, and spiritual experience. The thoughts and emotions of the birthing parent, the reflections of their partner, and the changes within the body all shape how one chooses to birth—and ultimately, how a new life begins.
Haize offers a safe, sacred space for expecting parents to ask questions, receive guidance, and feel deeply supported. Her birth counseling includes support around preconception, fear in labor or birth, fear of death in labor, birth trauma (yours or your mother's), and postpartum healing.
Haize also works with young women, guiding them in womb wisdom, and serves as a Death Doula—holding space for the sacred transitions that bookend life. In every role, she honors transformation as holy and walks alongside others with compassion, insight, and reverence.

Tracy Ng is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and a Board Certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist in the state of California since 2006. Her interest in the health sciences began at the University of California, Los Angeles. With her knowledge of western sciences, she developed a passion for human wellness and began exploring the integration of western and eastern medicine to treat illness and promote healing.
In Tracy’s practice, the objective is to find the root cause of the disease, pain, or illness, so long-term relief can be achieved. Her practice is based on a holistic approach to healing, where the mental, spiritual, and physical components are treated, and not solely the ailments and symptoms. With acupuncture, she supports healing from injuries and musculoskeletal pain, chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, menstrual imbalances, and autoimmune conditions, to name a few. She particularly enjoys guiding women through the different stages of family contemplation, fertility journeys, pre-conception, pregnancy, post-partum, menopause and beyond. She also treats clients in a mental health facility, helping them feel grounded and supported through their recovery journey.
When Tracy is not treating clients, she finds her happy place in the kitchen cooking with her two kids, volunteering for a passion project, hiking or biking in her native Los Angeles landscape, at the theater or a concert, or on the yoga mat.
