  • 6-Week Reflection Circle for Women with Cancer

Ali is a Los Angeles-based birth doula, circle facilitator, and founder of Wild Grace, a company devoted to helping mothers reconnect with their inner knowing and live more deeply rooted, meaningful lives.

In 2023, Ali was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. Alongside Western medical treatment, she turned to daily guided meditation—a practice that profoundly shifted her life and reconnected her with her intuition and purpose. This experience sparked a career pivot, moving her from behind the screen into more intimate, heart-centered work with women. At WUUM, Ali holds space for women who are navigating or have navigated a cancer diagnosis, offering connection, reflection, and care.

Ali recently completed a six-month apprenticeship with award-winning childbirth educator and author Britta Bushnell to deepen her work with clients. Her professional background includes leading content and experience teams in wellness and motherhood spaces, including Nike’s perinatal platform and Sanhu House, a postpartum retreat center in Los Angeles. She also founded Basecamp Outdoor, a digital community in the outdoor industry, and worked for many years as a journalist in that space.

A native Angeleno, Ali is the mother of three girls and lives on the Westside with her husband and their beloved wiener dog, Mokey. She continues to write, often exploring the transformation that comes from walking through life’s challenges with openness and grace.
