Kailani Rodde, Sister Herb

  • 3-Session Body Literacy Group for Girls Entering Puberty

Kailani, or Sister Herb, walks with women through the portals of early womanhood, motherhood, and beyond. She is a keeper of ritual—gathering women in sacred circles, blessing ways, and coming-of-age ceremonies that honor life’s unfolding with reverence and intention.

As a facilitator and educator, Kailani creates safe, empowering spaces for preteen girls to learn what we all wish we’d known—destigmatizing conversations around cycles and helping them understand their bodies with confidence and curiosity.

Kailani is trained in Western herbalism and is a certified peristeam hydrotherapy practitioner. Her work draws on ancestral healing, herbal wisdom, and the deep reconnection of heart and womb. She is currently completing her certification as a holistic hormone coach, supporting clients one-on-one and in group settings to cultivate balance, deepen self-understanding, and navigate their health journeys with clarity and empowerment.
