    Topics include prenatal nutrition, supporting the microbiome, easing physical discomforts, understanding the role of doulas and midwives, preparing for a strong postpartum period, and optimal fetal positioning.

    For those who are facing or have faced cancer, our 6-Week Reflection Circle creates a moment for you to slow down, breathe deeper and be held in community as you uncover what’s deep in your heart and body. It all belongs here — grief, joy, pain, sorrow, beauty, anger, hope. Led by a breast cancer survivor and thriver, this circle embraces deep listening through meditation and a prompting question and then invites us to share what’s real for each us. This ancient practice provides a safe place for truth-telling, presence and showing up for each other with warmth and care.

    At WUUM, we support your body through every season of womanhood with care that’s personal, evidence-based, and deeply attuned to your lived experience.

    Our fertility support offers gentle, hands-on care to restore alignment, balance the body, and create optimal conditions for conception. During pregnancy and postpartum, we provide thoughtful care through every stage—from delivery preparation to core recovery, diastasis healing, pelvic floor support, and guidance around returning to movement and intimacy. For those navigating pelvic floor concerns such as incontinence, pain, prolapse, or intimacy challenges, we offer compassionate, expert therapy. Our menopause care helps you move through midlife with strength and ease, addressing the physical shifts that accompany hormonal changes. We also offer orthopedic and general therapy to relieve pain, improve posture, build endurance, and restore balance to your body.

  • Well Women's Visit

    WUUM’s Well Women’s Visit is provided by a midwife who has spent decades sitting with women through tender, powerful moments—who knows that true care isn’t rushed. At WUUM, we offer well woman visits in a space that feels more like a sanctuary than a clinic, with soft lighting, calm energy, and time to exhale.

    We’ll tend to the full spectrum of your health—menstruation, fertility, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond—with longer visits, trauma-informed care, and support for what often gets overlooked: painful periods, vaginal imbalances, hormonal shifts, pelvic tension, and more.

    Services include pap smears, cultures, pelvic assessments, and guidance rooted in both clinical skill and ancestral wisdom. For deeper healing, we also offer nourishment coaching and GAPS-based protocols for microbiome support—from gut and mood to fertility and immunity.

  • Drawing from Nature: The Wisdom of Aloe

    With Trish Mazure and Heidy Garay

    Join us for a unique workshop that blends herbal wisdom, mindful observation, and art-making to deepen your connection with the healing spirit of aloe. Led by an herbalist and artist, this experience will guide you through exploring aloe’s history and medicinal qualities, followed by guided drawing practices that invite you to see—and feel—the plant in new ways. You’ll have the chance to experiment with watercolor, colored pencils, and journaling, allowing your creative process to unfold at your own pace.
