Curious about hypnosis but unsure what it actually is — or whether it really works? This introductory workshop offers a clear, grounded exploration of hypnosis, separating science from myth while highlighting its practical applications for modern wellbeing.
Designed to be conversational, accessible, and beginner-friendly, this session provides a supportive space to learn how hypnosis works, what it feels like, and how it can be used to support meaningful change. Whether you’re simply curious or interested in integrating hypnosis into your personal growth or healing journey, this workshop offers an informed and approachable starting point — with zero “woo.”
Led by Hypno-CBT Therapist Lindsay Traill, this workshop blends clinical insight with practical understanding to help demystify hypnosis and make it approachable for everyone.
