Join Melissa Scanlon for a nurturing monthly gathering where women come together to learn how to F.L.Y.—First Love Yourself. In this 60-minute session, we will move gently, practice foundational posture and breath techniques that can be easily integrated into daily life, and share openly in a supportive and compassionate space. You will leave feeling calm, connected, and inspired to apply Zen wisdom and tools to experience more peace and joy in the moment to moments of your day. Please bring a journal and a pen.
