Breathwork
Our breath is a gift — our inspiration, our life force. It moves through every cell of the body, illuminating, harmonizing, and guiding us home to ourselves.
In this transformational practice, we will sit together and love ourselves first, and more deeply, through breath techniques and mindfulness practices rooted in the principles of Zen and yoga. Breathwork helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and support emotional balance. With regular practice, it enhances vitality and deepens our connection to the present moment.
Wear comfortable clothing and expect gentle movement. Please bring a journal and pen. Together, we’ll leave feeling calm, connected, and clear.
